Where to Start
If your skin is currently sore, red or stinging, begin with barrier repair and nothing else. Adding a treatment to compromised skin is the most common mistake we see, and it costs weeks.
If your skin is calm and your concern is texture or congestion, start with the toner pads two nights a week. If it is tone and dullness, start with brightening and be patient, because tone moves slowly.
Building a Routine That Holds
A working routine is smaller than people expect. Cleanse, treat, moisturise, protect. Masks and patches sit on top of that as support, not as replacements for any of the four.
Add one new product at a time and give it two weeks before deciding. Change three things at once and you will never know which one helped.
